As Laboratory Manager, it is very easy to find Sheila in her white coat, surrounded by samples, test tubes or analytical tests. That's where she does her best work and where she feels, as she tells us, “At home". But her duties go far beyond that. Despite her youth, she has developed a special skill for tasting, and it is common to find her doing this work together with the Commercial and Key Accounts Team, for our customers.
"I studied Food Science and Technology, where I enjoyed and made great friends. However, the Master in Oenology, Viticulture and Sensory Analysis that I have just completed has been one of the best decisions I have made. I have broadened my horizons in this sector and I have been able to share unique experiences with colleagues".
A friendly face that we meet at the winery every day, a good companion and always ready to help. She loves traveling, which she shares with family and friends. Doing sports or escaping to her beloved town are other of her usual plans to escape from the daily routine. Her youth and energy make plans with friends one of her priorities.
