Rosé
DOCa Rioja
Made with Garnacha grapes. The grapes come from vineyards in the Rioja Alta sub-area.
The soils are very poor and chalky with a clayey-loam texture. The winemaking process begins with bleeding after eight hours of maceration with the skins.
Fermentation, at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, allows all the varietal aromas to be maintained.
