Red Gran Reserva
DOCa Rioja
The grapes come from vineyards in the heart of Rioja Alavesa and in selected areas of Rioja Alta.
The vines are cultivated with the traditional goblet system on very poor, chalky soils with a clayey-loam texture. Fermentation and maceration are carried out for 20 days in stainless steel tanks with daily pumping over to optimally extract colour and tannins. The wine is aged for 24 months in 225-litre American and French oak barrels.
Once the ageing process is finished, the wine is bottled and matured in the bottle for three years before being marketed. A wine characterised by its complexity and finesse.
