I would especially like to highlight the teamwork. I appreciate everyone's dedication and the good working atmosphere they create.
He studied Agricultural Engineering at the University of La Rioja, a master's in Agricultural Engineering, and holds an Expert Title in Viticulture. However, long before all of this, Juan Carlos already knew that his life would be linked to the countryside. His roots have been connected to the vineyard since childhood thanks to his family, and with them, he is also immersed in a personal project related to viticulture.
At just 26 years old, Juan Carlos demonstrates his great maturity and ability to manage teams in his daily life. In the workplace, he is described as a dedicated person, with a lot of enthusiasm for the world of farming and viticulture. Working with goals and targets and looking after his colleagues is one of his priorities, and we can attest to that from this House.
Juan Carlos tells us that his personal life is closely tied to his work and that he rarely disconnects because he loves his job. But when he leaves the land behind, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He's a basketball fan and also practices surfing. He loves spending time at the beach, which, as he tells us, "I have a daily relationship with the countryside".
Thank you for everything, Juan Carlos. Your story is our story
