Federico was born in Camprovín, a small village in La Rioja, and began visiting Rioja Alavesa several decades ago for love, when he was 16 years old.
His attachment to the world of wine was reaffirmed in 1987 when he started working, and 23 years later he became part of the Muriel Wines family, when in 2010 Viña Eguía joined the Group.
Maintenance Manager of the wineries and the harvests, you can often see him around our premises, always ready to lend a hand.
He has been in the world of wine for 38 years, a passion he shares with his wife and daughters. You can frequently see them taking care of the family's vineyards, who are also suppliers to Viña Eguía.
